LIBERTY COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Dare to Care
Community outreach is an essential part of LTWC’s mission to be the “salt and light” to those around them and to fulfill the great commission. The Dare to Care ministry provides food, clothing, and basic necessities to individuals that are homeless or have little to no income in the community. The team raises and or solicits funds, prepare food, package personal hygiene items, sort and clean donated cloth to deliver to the community on a bi-monthly bases. In order to be effective in this ministry you must have a heart for God’s people and a love for helping others. This team also shares culturally appropriate health education and provide informal support and advocacy for social services and self-help programs. In addition, we also provide prayer and a word of encouragement through scripture and literature. If you enough helping others or coordinating events, or advocating for others this is the ministry for you. We can’t wait to partner with you.
